Meditation with Grace
We warmly invite you to join our online community in contemplative silence every Saturday beginning June 6 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Grounded in the teaching of Jesus, our practice opens us to stillness and silence, connecting us to God, our neighbour and ourselves.
All are welcome, whoever you are, just as you are.

To join us: On Saturday, about five minutes prior to the time of meditation, click on the link below to join the meeting. If you don’t already have the Zoom app, you should be prompted with the message to download it when you click on the link.

After you have entered the meeting, and your video and audio connection is established, please mute your microphone, as we wait in silence to begin.
We will begin with a welcome, followed by a reflection or reading and then a period of meditative silence. After the meditation, there will be an opportunity for voluntary sharing. We will close our gathering with a prayer.
Grace Bible Study is currently part of Morning prayer Wednesdays at 10 a.m. on Zoom. We begin with prayer, scripture, and discussion follwed by fellowship over coffee. A warm welcome awaits you! Bible Study will resume after the summer in September.
